Jump Timelines

“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality,” said Einstein. The man knew what he was talking about.

Understanding that everything vibrates at a certain frequency may help to explain why certain things aren’t meant for us; it’s not a vibrational match. This concept has recently help me to become at ease with how my life is unfolding. As of late, I feel like I have been living in the fear of the unknown- will I get that job, or will I get accepted into my favorite school? It’s an unsettling place to be, the unknown, so I have taken over the mindset that what is meant for me will find me…but I also want to jump onto my best path by elevating my personal frequency. I want to share with you my top tips for raising your vibration, which will undoubtedly impact your life in the best ways possible.

1. Cut Out the Addictions

I’m talking all the addictions. If you notice an unhealthy relationship with not only substances, but with thought patterns, people and places (yes, places) then it’s time to consciously stare it in the face and tell it you’re going to overcome its toxicity. I’ve kicked the butts out of alcohol, drugs, and eating disorders- which accounted for a noticeable portion of my unhappiness with myself, but there are other things still left to work on. I’ve noticed that I really need to monitor the forms of entertainment I interact with. I no longer am able to watch the news, scary movies or even scroll through an influencer’s feed, as it negatively impacts my mood and my aura. The frequencies of the content that I absorb must match my highest possible timeline. So, if the news is spewing fear, then I can’t partake. Being really conscious of every choice you make and seeing if your best possible version of yourself would do that, has helped me determine what is beneficial and what is detrimental.

Making a list of what to do/what not to do, has really helped to inspire me and if I start to fall from the wayside of my goals, I can refer back to the list and reset myself. It’s important not to get discouraged. Of course, quitting major habits you’ve been participating in for years or decades, it can take time to fully adjust. The more patient you are with yourself, the higher your vibe will stay, because any amount of negative self-talk will quickly deflate your joy.

2. Positive Mindset

Just remember, you are doing the best with what you have! Your mindset will make or break you, so be easy on yourself. I spent a good +20 years of my life trying to be a perfectionist. Do you know how many times that prevented me from actually going for my goals because I just always imagined all the mistakes and imperfections that would result?! Tooooooooo many times. It’s only been recently I’ve experienced a shift in not focusing so much on the mistakes, but just going for it, because if a mistake happens, then it happens and I can learn from it and become wiser. Getting angry or depressed will not help the situation and could potentially propel me into low vibe emotions (anger, self-loathing, sadness).

Having a positive mindset doesn’t mean that I need to be smiling all the time, but it does include being compassionate towards myself and others; a quiet confidence. Just knowing that you are enough is the most powerful tool you can keep on you! This correlates with self-acceptance and the fact that you will receive all of the beautiful things that life has to offer, just embrace the present. Something I’ve definitely struggled with is getting too far ahead of myself, and this would always lead to a lot of disappointment, especially if something early on doesn’t quite pan out the way I’d hoped. Living now for this moment can definitely be a challenge, but as long as we remind ourselves that we don’t need to worry because we are doing our best, we can truly start to free ourselves from the mental blocks and experience a more fulfilling life.

3. High Vibe Foods

Yes, we are what we eat! Food is literally fuel and nourishes us. I remember battling eating disorders and completely was affected by what I consumed. It had a direct impact on my mood, my mental state and how I treated others. I also believe that what we feed ourselves is how we show love for our vessels. If I’m drinking tons of sugary drinks and eating lots of chocolate cake, I’m in essence telling my body that I would rather feel good for ten minutes (while I eat it) than feel good for the rest of the night (diarrhea). Interestingly enough, just two months after going vegan, I was able to quit Adderall completely. I believe that refraining from animal products and byproducts allowed me to raise my vibration and made me more sensitive to what else I was consuming (drugs and caffeine). It got to the point where I could not handle Adderall’s effects and I was completely losing my sense of self and reality.

With how fast-paced our world is, eating healthy and consciously can be a tremendous effort and one gas station snack can somehow turn into a trip to Costco for the processed goods. Taking a pragmatic and intuitive approach to your diet will be the most beneficial for yourself. Everyone knows that fresh fruits and veggies are good for them, it’s just getting to that point, right? What has worked for me is strictly shopping for the healthy foods and stocking it in my cupboards. I also plan ahead, that way there will be no surprise fast food trips while at work (I save sooooo much money this way too). This is a way of showing yourself love!!! I feel so good about the choices I make, and as someone who battled nasty EDs, I really do feel the love in each and every meal I cook.

Abraham Hicks' Emotional Guidance Scale

There are many ways to jump timelines and hop onto the best possible version of yourself. These are just a few of my favorite ones that make me feel my best. I truly notice a difference in my vibe when I eat and think well, and I am able to accomplish more. Do what you intuitively think will help improve your mood and please remember not to throw in the towel if you make an oops. Stuff happens to make us stronger!

Please share what tips you have for raising your vibration!

I would love to learn about what other people are doing to be their best.
